In July of 1999 while my wife, some good friends of ours and I were visiting Switzerland we had a profound prophetic experience that we will never forget. The following word chronicles this prophetic experience and interpretation that resulted from it. In relation to the war on terrorism, the best that could happen is for all the Islamic terrorists to be converted to Christ and be as radical for Him and impart life, as they have been devoted to taking it. This is going to happen to some of them. Many of the greatest Christian leaders in the last days will come from radical Islamic movements. They will be as fearless and resolute for the gospel as they have been for Islam, and they will help to bring badly needed restoration to the basic spiritual and moral fabric of the church....

This bulletin is a brief composite of coming world events that I have been shown prophetically over the last fourteen years, most of which have been published in books, articles, and the MorningStar Prophetic Bulletins. The phrase I believe best describes what I have seen is "These were the best of times, and these were the worst of times." Biblically it seems to be the ultimate fulfillment of Isaiah 60:1-2:
