Next we will cover Revelation 18:1-10, which focuses on the fall of “Babylon the great”:   

     After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated with his glory.

    And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!

    For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication,...

     We will now cover Revelation 16:17-21:

     “Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, "It is done!"

     There were noises and thundering and lightning, and a great earthquake, such a powerful earthquake as had not occurred since men were on the earth.

     Now the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And great Babylon was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of the fierceness...
