Oct13WEEK41
There are civilizations, cultures, philosophies, religions, and economies that have been juxtaposed as opposites. Much of human history is about the conflicts between these opposites. To live during one of the great battles of such ultimate powers is to have a seat in one of the great classrooms of human knowledge and for understanding human nature. We are in perhaps the greatest of all such classrooms now.
This is not to imply that we are here just to be observers. If we are the salt and light we are called to be we will make...

Jesus spoke of what is now happening in America when He was asked about the signs of the end of this age. He began His answer with: “Do not let anyone deceive you” (see Matthew 24:4). For example, heaven did not consider the American colonies to have won The Revolutionary War. From heaven’s perspective, the revolution was not just about getting free from British rule, but the main priority was to establish a republic and a nation where all men are treated equally, and where there is “liberty and justice for all.”
The Revolution did accomplish...

Sep15WEEK37
America is now being presented with some of its greatest opportunities as it faces some of its greatest crises. It is our history and heritage to turn challenges into the victories. The victories come from facing the greatest challenges. Just as warriors run to the sound of battle, not away from it, patriots run to the crises that threaten their country, not away from them. The future will belong to those with that initiative.
The crises now growing in our land are a serious threat to our continuing existence as a...
