    Discerning the Times, Part 56
    by Rick Joyner

This study is not intended to just impart what I perceive to be an accurate perspective of the times, but to address how to discern the times. One of the most important gifts we can have in these times is discernment, which is something I am persuaded that God wants to give to every true disciple. The Lord has also given us simple, clear instructions on how we can grow in this gift. Without it we will be increasingly subject to deception in the times to come. With it the world and our own purpose in it will become less...

    Discerning the Times, Part 55
    by Rick Joyner

Our New Year’s Conference each year is devoted to discerning the times and receiving guidance from the Lord for the coming year, both for the body of Christ and for all the individuals who attend. The Lord promises that if we will seek Him, we will find Him (see Matthew 7:7). At this conference, we have received some of the most important words to come from our ministry. I have tried to keep...

    Discerning the Times, Part 53
    by Rick Joyner

As we discussed previously, a recent study on the church in America revealed the shocking fact that an estimated 65 percent of all Americans considered themselves to be born-again Christians, but only 3 percent had a Christian or biblical worldview. To have a Christian worldview means to view the world as Christ does—to know and adhere to His teachings. Because there is such a wide gulf between those who claim to be born- again Christians, and those who are reflecting a basic aspect of Christ, perceiving the world as He does, it reflects how poorly we are accomplishing the Great...

    Discerning the Times, Part 52
    by Rick Joyner

The attack on religious liberty in America in the last nine months may be unprecedented, but it is doing much good for the church in America. Every attack seems to have resulted in a greater push for unity in the body of Christ, bringing together parts of the body that have never related to one another before in a significant way. This is definitely a good thing and will bear much fruit. There are also other ways that this assault is strengthening Christians in America, which we should understand.

It does not take supernatural discernment to understand that...
